a. UseeTV GO tidak dapat menampilkan seluruh channel yang tersedia pada Indihome
b. UseeTV GO tidak dapat menampilkan channel yang tidak mendapatkan lisensi tayang terhadap channel ataupun siaran  langsung acara tertentu dari Content Provider (misal : Bein sport, live bola dll)
c. UseeTV GO tidak dapat menampilkan channel yang tidak mempunyai kerjasama seperti halnya Indihome Fiber  (misal : MNC Group untuk channel RCTI, Global TV dll)

2. Beberapa channel premium dan konten hanya dapat Anda nikmati oleh user yang berlangganan Indihome, dengan syarat sebagai berikut :
a. Sudah registrasi di www.indihome.co.id
b. Sudah aktivasi akun Indihome di bagian “Profile Saya” tab “Tambah Layanan”
